      Operations Interview

      15 Dec 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Tema, Greater Accra
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Olam (Tema, Greater Accra) in Dec 2013

      Interview

It had no structure and it was more of a one man show so I didn't really know much about the job specification, then I was asked about my current salary and it was asked if it was to be matched would I want the job, I said fine, but still I wasn't given much about the job specifications which probably explains why I didn't last very long, because it was more of a wim. The person ran the operations like a one man show as opposed to an international company.
