Dropped by with my resume and application between 2-4pm and met with a manager right on the spot. They asked me some based interview questions. It felt petty informal and then they hire me right there on the spot. They explained that I would need to come back for orientation.

Basic interview questions to see your personality and how you handle yourself. Came in on a Tuesday between 2-4 had a 1:1 interview with the chef got the job same day.
