During the rapid hiring phase, interview process was quick and easy. The product team was new for the company and there were no case studies, hard questions, etc. Three interviews in total.

Too long, too many people. Timeline dragged out due to scheduling conflicts. Hiring manager and I hit it off. Was left hanging for over a week, had to reach out to recruiter several times. Ultimately told another candidate with more broad experience was selected but I was a front runner and they'd keep my resume in file. Saw the same job posted online about a month later. Reached out to recruiter to discuss opportunity since they "liked me so much" and she never responded. Unprofessional.
