Initial 15 min phone call with some general questions about my overall experience.
Second, in-person interview. 30-minute interview questions, 10-20 mins on the shop floor, sometimes with an exercise like putting together product recommendations on a specific budget.

What does “Work Hard. Play Hard. Be Kind.” mean to you?
Did an initial telephone screening which involved generic interview and customer service questions. Was then invited to a team building day, which also included another interview. The team building day involved a couple of tasks, like trying to sell an OB product to a customer.
