The initial part of the recruitment process was very well organized, and the recruiter explained each aspect of the company and the recruitment process in detail. All the interviews were conducted at the scheduled times. The first interview with the head of the department went pretty well. She explained everything in great detail, including the technologies and the role they were looking for. Overall, my experience was very positive, and she asked me about my past experiences and work. The second interview was with two developers. They asked a lot of questions regarding Java, JEE, microservices, DevOps, databases, and so on. Overall, I would rate this interview as average. One suggestion I have is that instead of asking syntax-based questions or questions about the usage of a particular technology in a specific way, the interviewer should focus more on the problem-solving skills of the candidate, rather than syntax-based questions, as developers can always look up different syntax on Google.
