Interview
I met initially with my direct manager and a peer and later with a manager from a different department. They all asked both technical and behavioral questions to get a feel for competency and whether or not I would fit culturally. A couple of weeks later, I met again with the my direct manager and with the senior exec of the branch for more of a review of my background and an overview of the company past, present and future.
