The interview process itself was relatively short and extremely straight forward. I went through a phone screen which led to an in-person interview with the team, background/reference checks and then a decision followed afterward. There was a bit of a hold-up which the background check (via 3rd party vendor, no fault of Onapsis).
Despite the hold-up, I very much appreciated the HR team and hiring managers following up via both e-mail and phone through the entire process to give me a status update (even if it was about the delay) all the way through to the decision.
Also, the salary / comp plan discussion was crystal clear and straight forward, nothing was sugar coated which was great. Definitely the best interview experience I've had when compared to previous companies I've worked for / interviewed with.
