One Degree Organic Foods interview questions

Had two interviews for a role. HR screening followed quickly by a second with the hiring manager. The process felt smooth and the atmosphere was friendly. I followed up a week after the interview and they said they are still reviewing, and then I never heard back from them. Although I wasn’t disappointed not to get an offer, the lack of follow-up or feedback was discouraging and unprofessional. Clear communication matters.
