The organization has a very strong culture, which means they put a lot of effort into the interview process to ensure it is a good fit on all levels. Beyond the application, it included interviews with several team members throughout the process. I found the process beneficial because it also gave me a chance to hear more perspectives and learn about the organization before making a decision on my side as well. It can take a while, but the process provides a lot of clarity.
