Filled out application online, was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. Scheduled an interview for the following day. Then a week later local person contacted me for a 1:1 interview.

Interview was pretty easy, asked about past experiences and basic questions.
First you get a call from HR to set up a phone interview, then one with the branch and district manager. Interview is pretty straightforward, tell me a situation and how did you handle it.
