Questions were not expected for the advertised role, and that had changed, again, even the recruiter was unaware of; no pre-planning by the hiring manager for an interview; they seemed lost in what they were actually looking for; One of the worst interviews I’ve ever had. Nearly terminated the interview halfway through due the lack of professionalism. I was left feeling the hiring manager thought I’d be taking his job. Instead, they changed the job title and hired someone junior for the role. Good luck to them.
