Bizarre, misleading, confusion and that was because it seemed one senior person had one idea, and another had a different idea on the position. Poor leadership. Post offered and declined by at least three candidates before coming around again. Recruiter perplexed by Oneweb. Finally offered an interview. Had remote interview. Questions were not expected for the advertised role, and that had changed, again, even the recruiter was unaware of; no pre-planning by the hiring manager for an interview; they seemed lost in what they were actually looking for; One of the worst interviews I’ve ever had. Nearly terminated the interview halfway through due the lack of professionalism. I was left feeling the hiring manager thought I’d be taking his job. Instead, they changed the job title and hired someone junior for the role. Good luck to them.
