Onit interview questions

Disorganized and messy hiring process. Did an initial phone interview with a recruiter (who talked about himself for 95% of the call) and was told I would hear back in a couple of days. I heard nothing for a week and only after I e-mailed the recruiter did he advance me to the next step in the process. This is where things really broke down. The recruiter put 30 minutes on my calendar. He was the only other person on the invite. I assumed I was going to be talking to him again. Imagine my surprise when I showed up to the Zoom meeting and it was an interview with the hiring manager. Literally no notification that this would be happening. Her name was nowhere to be found on the invite. To make matters worse, after meeting with the hiring manager, I was told I would hear back on the status of my candidacy in a week. It has now been three weeks and I have heard nothing. If they can't treat you right during the recruitment process, they can't treat you right at all. I would encourage prospective applicants to put their time into other employers that value transparency and don't treat candidates like they don't matter. It seems they've ghosted several other job seekers in the past and haven't bothered to improve. Really a sad state of affairs. No excuse for this kind of behavior these days.

Recruiter call, 20 minute interview with sales manager. 45 in person interview with other sales manager. Final interview with hiring manager. Easy call with recruiter. Both sales managers were kind and enjoyable to talk to.
