Online Vacation Center interview questions

The interview process included a simple personality assessment and zoom interview. The process went very smoothly, the team was very kind and asked great questions. I was under the impression that this is a job/workplace culture that is very fast paced and can at times be very high pressure. The way questions were phrased left the impression that other people in the company holding this same position had difficulty keeping up with the quick turnaround.
