Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds.
The first round was an HR interview, where I walked through my background, gave a brief self-introduction, and discussed my visa status and salary expectations.
I then progressed to the second round, which was a technical and behavioural interview conducted jointly by the business team, HR, and the technical team. In this round, I was asked about my experience in the payments domain, and I also answered several behavioural questions. The interview focused on how I communicate complex technical concepts in a simple way, how I collaborate with different teams, and how I approach problem-solving in a project environment.

Smooth, I encountered no major issue during the entire interview process (at least for me). However, the process was quite long and requires concentration to be able to fully analyze what the issues were.
