Open Gates Group interview questions

COO actively discouraged me on the phone and talked down about the position and how it's probably not something I want. I was nothing but excited about the job and the end of the phone call he said "i dont know, do you want to come in and see the place?", So i did a tour and he was just bored the whole time while still actively trying dissuade me from the position. He was also 20 minutes late calling me and didnt even have my resume pulled up; told me he hadn't even looked at it yet.
