The interview process was pretty simple. However, I did only get to the first stage, so maybe further along it's a bit more difficult. I met with the hiring manager and we talked about my experience.
Made a loom of my experience and then did a live scheduling exercise and a 30 min interview. Was detailed and intense for the live interview but was offered a role.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at OpenAI
Interview
I had a first stage interview with the agency, followed by a second stage interview with a peer interviewer (recruiting coordinator) who seemed genuinely interested throughout. They frequently highlighted my experience, saying things like 'It’s great you have experience in X, that's what we need' etc and closed the conversation with 'I really enjoyed our conversation' which left me feeling hopeful.
However, just two hours later I received a rejection with no meaningful feedback. Upon reflection this came across very insincere.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"How many interviews or interview loops do you typically schedule in a week?" (They were very persistent in getting a specific number which felt odd since the volume naturally fluctuates)
"Can you describe a time when you had to manage a particularly challenging interview schedule?"
