Applied online and received an invitation to interview from a recruiter— a normal initial phone screen. After passing that, I met with a GTM Manager for a conversation that started with me discussing my background and then my thoughts on where OpenAI is headed.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at OpenAI (London, England)
Interview
The process was fairly standard to other tech sales processes really. Recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, project, deal review interview, tested my technical knowledge, how I work with others and deal with situations. 6 interviews total between recruiter screen to close I think.
