Interview
Two zoom calls with two different recruiters. I was told by the second recruiter that they'd be back to me within 48 hours. Then several days later I got an email saying they'd get back to me the next week, but after two full weeks I never heard back. As a recruiter myself, I know we get swamped sometimes, but ghosting is never a good look. Poor candidate care gives good insight into the operations of a company.

Interview
Applied online, had an interview about 2 weeks later. Had a conversation with a recruiter and seemed to go well, had to reach back out about 1 week later regarding it and got an automated response, not a personal response from the recruiter even though I reached out personally to receive feedback. And no response. I'm a recruiter and this is never okay as it gives a bad impression on a candidate. I would expect more from a company like this one.
