Did not even make it to the hiring manager. Once again recieved " We have decided to move forward with a candidate whose qualifications are better suited to this particular role". It's like I never even sent them my resume. You know, that piece of paper or electronic file that outlines one's experience and qualifications. It's clear whoever they've got doing the recruiting is completely out-of-sync with whatever hiring manager is looking for and is just literally having phone screens with whoever applies. They're not even looking at resumes. This just wastes so much time on both sides of the aisle.
