I applied online. I interviewed at Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities
Interview
They provided a set of questions and had no interaction with the interviewer. It is online. You can request the questions beforehand to prepare the evening before the interview day. It is essential to answer the entire question, which can sometimes have two questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (Toledo, OH) in Feb 2021
Interview
Applied online, received invitation to take civil test online, passed test and invited to participate in virtual interview with multiple middle management staff. Interview is a structured Q/A. I believe all candidates get the same questions. The process was relatively positive, especially since it felt like a meritocracy. But once you get inside the org you will see that middle management circumvents the outcomes of this entire process by intentionally withholding proper training for some people and not others.
