I applied online. I interviewed at Optimizely (Dhaka)
Interview
The interview process started with an initial HR screening focused mainly on culture fit and background. This was followed by a relatively simple take-home project. After submitting the project, there was a discussion round with an Engineering Manager and a Solution Architect, which primarily focused on system design and design decisions. The overall process was structured, but I was ultimately rejected in the final interview stage.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Optimizely (Dhaka)
Interview
I applied through reference. I was called for a coding round. I was given a simple problem to solve to judge my concept of OOP and coding styles. Then a question-answering session was held after my code submission.
Thank you for your feedback!

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Optimizely (Medellín, Antioquia) in Jan 2023
Interview
Five Interviews from the usual introductory ones, following some data manipulation with an ancient etl tool with apache hop, then a design exercise and finally code interview. It didn’t seem to me like they had a very good idea of exactly what they needed from their engineers. Last interview felt taken from a google or Amazon interview. The answer could be googled so I couldn’t say I would work on it after the interview

Write a pipeline that sorts student info in Apache hop
