Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mises en situation - cold call + premier entretien avec un prospect. Le problème est que le feedback d'après n'est pas trop détaillé,
One HR interview
One interview with CEO
One interview with VP of Sales
A very BIG assignment that took 15 hours to complete plus they had me do a case study of a customer I would bring to Optimy.
Assignment was difficult to complete with confusing directions. Old Director of Sales name was on there but he was no longer with company.
Panel interview focused too much on role play and Discovery questions.

Question 1
After 15 hours of prep, had a two way interview with CEO and VP. They were stuck on a ton of discovery stuff. I supplied all of the information 24 hours prior but neither had read my submission.
Overall, a very bad experience.
Got a No Offer Email on Labour Day Monday.
I wouldn’t have taken the job.
VP of sales Doesn’t understand that selling in North America is different than in Brussels. 🤷♀️
