Called the next day.
Brought in for interview.
Did questionnaire.
Talked for a little bit, basic questions.
Tour of the plant.
Left interview, called back an hour later offering me a position.
Orientation the same week, slideshow about the job and various other things.
Forget his title, but a man came into talk to us about some stuff, basically said he doesn’t care how hot it is, don’t miss work

applied online. was called 4 days later. went in for reading/math testing, face to face interview where i was asked more questions about interacting with coworkers, supervisors and about attendance and sick days. called that afternoon and scheduled for next day medical appointment with their doctors. started the following tuesday.

this was a pretty pedestrian interview. there were no unexpected or tough questions.

Applied online, got a call the next morning for an interview the following day.
-Started off with a questionnaire/essential math questions/reading comprehension/paperwork (30 minutes worth).
-Followed up by an interview (15 minutes or so). Went over past employment experiences, certain hobbies of mine, asked why I should get the job, what I bring to the table, what makes a good supervisor.
-Had a tour of the work place (5 minutes)
*I had to do a medical check up the day after the interview
Overall the experience was straightforward and interviewer was very professional and polite.
