I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Orthoscan
Interview
I was called same day of my application, for a brief phone screen. He stated someone would be reaching out to me for a more in depth phone interview. This did happen two days later. She let me know that she would schedule an in person for me the next week, but that they were “really excited about my resume”. After about 6 days, I hadn’t heard anything, so I followed up via email. She apologized and said she would get back to me ASAP. I followed up two more times over the course of two weeks with not even a response. It’s disappointing that they didn’t even respond that they went with another candidate or that they were no longer interested. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Orthoscan (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
First, interview with HR, than first level with engineers and then high level board panel, including VP of manufacturing, CEO, CFO and head of HR. It was very pleasant experience, with reasonable questions and very constructive approach. It was a pleasure to deal with the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Orthoscan (New York, NY)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional company with an absurdly haphazard HR approach. Had a joke of a phone interview with their only HR employee who promised a face to face interview the following week with the sales manager. Didn't provide an update until I received an email 2 weeks later stating they had decided to pursue another candidate.
