First of all he will point out negative about you then he will take rounds of Interview
As per the reviews of past employee of Osource sounds like Rejection is better than getting hired in this company

Basic HR question
But In technical round questoins asked was a bit hard
First there was HR round in which they asked Normal question
After that they made us waiting a bit long
And then in technical round techical questions were asked which was a bit hard.
