First there was a phone screen with an HR representative. Reviewed information about the position (salary grade, etc.) and asked a few general questions about why I was seeking the job and what I knew about the position.
Then, they sent a links to some job qualification tests and did some reference checks.
Finally, there was an interview with a panel of department heads with some more specific / behavioral-type questions.
