First there was an initial phone screen after a few emails between the recruiter then an on-site interview. The interview process was pretty easy where you talk to the director and meet with a few members of the team who do other duties. It was mostly technical with a few behavorial thrown in. The real job title should have been listed as "Desktop Support" instead of Systems Administrator.
