They will give you hypothetical questions on table experiences and how you would react or certain situations in the restaurant that may deem your help. Management always wants to be involved.

Interview
Proprietor at the Metairie location was standoffish. Asked for my number but wrote it down on a piece of trash which she then split in half as she placed it in her pocket.

N/A, it was more of a speech and then saying they’d reach out.
Super quick and easy. Went in and sat down and just talked with a manger. After that had another meeting and then after that came back to go through all the direct deposit and training days.

Interview
Short simple process. Classic questions about customer service and what you would do in a certain situation. Always good to be upbeat and nice. If you have worked in the customer service industry before, you should be just fine.
