Sat down in the bar and had casual conversation, talked about school and personal goals out side of work. Gave info on the restaurant, shared about continued education and specials that are run.

It was pretty easy, but the interviews i was made to wait longer just to get asked the same 2 questions by different managers. When I finally got to talk to the big boss, it was only then that I felt seen by the company and was offered a job on the spot.
