The interview consisted of three steps : 1. Job application reviewed by recruiter and contacted regarding interview with hiring manager. 2. Hiring manager interview which consisted of questions related to my resume, position aspects, and basic heat/mass transfer questions. Questions on overall ability and teamwork as well. 3. On-site interview at Granville,OH. Presentation on your selected topic (mine was part of my Ph.D thesis) to showcase your ability as it related to the position followed by questions from the panel of 7-8 interviewers. This was followed by multiple rounds (3) of STAR type questions. Hiring manager and other interviewers were very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. Was told will be given a decision in six days by the hiring manager and was given an offer in six days. Very punctual and they respect your time and knowledge.
