Interview
Started with an HR screening which went well and honestly tougher questions than what hiring manager had. After 3 weeks passed from the interview with the director (hiring manager). He seemed like first time seeing my CV and really no questions asked. The interview lasted 30 minutes with a 40 minute allotment. I went through my CV from past to current. I was asked about the management of the specific commodity and why I wanted to work with that commodity. The next step was coming onsite.

Question 1
HR Manager: Why I applied for the role and why would I be a good fit. Asked what I thought about the O-C culture. Asked about how I make people feel they belong. Asked about how I influenced others. Why did I leave previous companies.
Hiring Manager: Was asked about an internal accounting process for procurement which I was not familiar with the term, but looked it up and explained my process I was familiar with which was similar, but different term. Provided a 30-60-90 day plan. Was asked why I wanted to work with the specific commodity.
