I was referred by a past colleague, and went through the first interview with the hiring, it was pleasant and I was then put in touch with one of the sales directors. From the beginning, it was tense and she spoke for entire 20 minutes straight giving me a run down. When she startd to ask me questions, she was very dismissive and was disproving of my experiences and responses I was saying. When I asked her questions at the end, and she said she had no feedback for me, I decided to end the interview, in which she goes, "WOW, no questions for me?!" I'm sorry, but I can't understand why she would continue to waste MY time when everything I said was wrong in her eyes and yet she could give me no constructive feedback. I would NEVER want to work with someone who thinks that's "leadership," and yet she does a less than subpar job of conducting an interview or speaking to people in general.
