Actually they had already noticed my work at the time of internship. they call me up when i finished my internship period to offer the job, i filled up their interview application form and they call for interview. my interview was taken directly by the MD and Chairman as they had already decided to take me to their organisation now our organisation, hence one can easily guess what type of questions i had faced at my interview.
