It was reaaly hard. They ask me redundant questions about OOP. They manipulated throughout the interview. They tried to make a question out of every word spoken. In my opinion they try to find a worker who can work under stress. However this attitude is unnecessary and wrong.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at P.I. Works in Feb 2020
Interview
It was somewhat challenging and the interviewer was an easy going person who was also giving hints at the place where it was hard to understand. I also enjoyed the whole process of onboarding.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at P.I. Works (Istanbul) in Jan 2019
Interview
There was firstly an interview with their HR for about an hour, then a technical interview with 2 people from the engineering team for around 2 hours. The subject of the questions they asked in the technical interview were pretty wide but not too specific, including some of the well-known data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, SQL syntax, and so on.
