      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at P&Q Partners (Blue Bell, PA) in Mar 2020

      Interview

Went in for initial interview and went directly into a 2nd round interview. Ended up being a group 2nd round so that they could get all of the pertinent information to everyone at once. Lasted about an hour and one of the partners, Mr. Quadri, presented the last portion of the information about the company and position. Got a call later on that day to come back in for the final interview the very next day and got the position. PA Insurance License required for position which they pay for 50%. Great experience so far.

      Interview

3 parts - call, webinar, virtual final interview. The interview was fairly easy. The process after being hired is long, especially if you do not already have a license.

      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at P&Q Partners (Blue Bell, PA) in Nov 2019

      Interview

I must stress that the position was advertised as a Customer Service type role. The interview started with a 5 minute meeting with one of the managers and if you were selected, you would sit in a large room to hear more about the company. I spent a half of day in this office, expecting to be interviewing for a SALARIED customer service role. Instead it was a half of a day spent listening about company culture for a 100% commission door to door sales job. This is not intended to be negative towards the culture of the company or the role itself, if you are looking for this type of work, it genuinely appears to be a good company and the people I met were all very nice. However, advertising this as a customer service role, when it is not, should not be considered acceptable. Please advertise your companies positions accurately as a door to door residental sales role.
