The interview process started with a 30-minute phone screen from the Talent team. After that, it was a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager (Director). The final interview was another 30-minute interview with another Director from a parallel team. There was no performance task. The process overall was very smooth and clearly well organized. The recruiter from the Talent team checked in before and after each step in the process, and they really do make you feel that they want you to succeed.
