PDI Software Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Basic screen with recruiter where they ask about salary expectations, etc. Meet with 2 Developers and discuss background and position Meet with 2 Directors to discuss background and position Receive Offer. During the initial phone screen I gave PDI a salary minimum. They then proceeded to have me go through 2 more rounds of interviews and presented me with an offer significantly lower than what I had told them initially. My recommendation to PDI would be to include salary ranges on their Job Postings & to also be upfront about those ranges during the initial phone screen so that they don't waste the candidates time or their own time. After discussing compensation I was told that they would discuss and get back to me. They ended up ghosting. Very unprofessional and inefficient experience.
