Generic. Typical questions focused on member service and sales. There were also questions about dependebility. Multiple staff were involved in several differnt interviews in order to get to the final stage.

The hiring process was not bad at all. If you have been in a managerial role before then none of the questions should be a suprise. Everyone is professional an timely with responses. Anytime I need to get ahold of the recruiter she would respond quickly.
