PILOT (Japan) interview questions

Quick to interview, but never heard anything after the fact. I never will understand why companies don't at least let candidates know they have chosen to move forward with other candidates.

Environ 6 semaines entre l'envoi de ma candidature et le premier coup de fils de Pilot. Premier entretien par téléphone avec le service RH puis short-listé (deux candidats pour un poste) pour passer un entretien de motivation physique avec le chef de secteur.
