A recruiter called me to speak about my qualifications and interests. From there she reached out to hiring managers who then reached out to me. The hiring managers have a technical interview and then a final interview to meet the team.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years
Recruiter gave a list of questions to answers before a phone screen call. Submitted my answers but never heard back even after a follow up. If the position has been filled, they could have at least let me know. Spent a hour typing up their pre-interview questions and then ghosted. Seems real unprofessional and disorganized

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at POWER Engineers
Interview
Initial phone screen, followed by technical interview with two engineers, and finally a team meeting with the manager through teams. The team meeting was more relaxed and they let me know they would inform if I got the job or not but I never heard back from anyone after the final team interview. Overall it was a quick process but they could have informed me at least that I was not selected.
