Interview
After applying online, I received an email to schedule a phone call/screening. A week later, I received an email from the boss at the SF location. She wanted to schedule an in person interview. I was informed that two people would be conducting the interview and both a proofreading/math test would be required after the interview portion. Less than a week later, I received another invite to come back in for a final interview. This time, the boss would actually be in attendance (as she should have been the first time but she was off partying in another city for the week). I would be required to interview with her and then each member of the team would introduce themselves and ask me one question. I wasn't so much irritated that I wasn't hired, just that I was so inconvenienced as I live very far out of town. Had the boss been there the FIRST time, I wouldn't have had to waste a lot of financial resources just for them to tell me NO.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at PRA (Menlo Park, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Customer Service questions with the manager. Easy wants to see if you have customer service skills. Also if you can multi-task. Non-formal interview only lasted 30 minutes. All in all an easy experience and the manager makes you feel welcomed.
