You have to do a presentation of yourself. Templates will be provided by the company which I am impressed with the gesture. I do understand that they want to see our 3+3+3 months action plans if we are selected to join the company. However in my honest opinion, I believe that 3-6 months would be sufficient as the rest would be determined once we onboard the company. We may talk or look nonsense when presenting because we never know what's the real situation in there.

Started with phone interview with HR, asking general questions such as notice period, expected salary & work experiences. Then received interview invitation via MSTeam.The interview was held 3days after the received the email. First interview with the hiring manager & the department director. Was asked technical questions and common questions such as why i want to leave current company. Final interview with the CFO.
