asked to do up a PPT deck in 5 days' time, Got it completed and got an interview at an external location. I had a long chat with the hiring manager who was asking about my current role and was told the expected responsibilities and assuring me that its easy for me to handle. It all sounds like a done deal but I was ghosted immediately after. Disappointed at how they handled it.

I was asked to prepare a 2 min self-intro video , sent it to them didnt hear back from them. Around a week later another HR contacted me and asked me to send the video again seem they didnt receive it. Did so then heard nothing from them at all.
