Professional, laid back and informal. Nice relaxed flowing conversation. Not many difficult questions. Interview was in two parts. First one to get to know you and your experience, second to find out why you're good for the position.

Informal two way discussion with regional manager. Felt comfortable and gained useful information. Used my knowledge to put a positive spin on the situation and asked plenty of questions to the interviewer.
