Interview
The manager that interviewed me made the process very smooth and comfortable. The company teaches you to talk a certain way at that level so it definitely showed how passionate he was about his career. Most managers here just want to know if you have the ability to have passion for the company as well.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
