Just asked about personal interest and problem solving. They generally want to know if you'd be a team player or leader. They want people that like to learn and that don't have attitude (especially for back of the house).
Great experience, very personable. The process was extremely straightforward, and I was offered a lemonade. Everyone seemed kind. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The interview was started on time.

Went in for an interview within days of application, was simple and straightforward. Had a phone interview then an in person interview. Staff was friendly and made scheduling easy. Good first job experience, would highly recommend.
