I applied online. I interviewed at Panda Express in Jun 2017
Interview
The interview was quick, it lasted for probably 15 minutes or so. I walked into Panda & told one of the staff members at the front that I had an interview that day & they were really nice. The staff offered me a cup to drink while waiting for the manager, since it was a busy day for them. I waited for a good 10-15 minutes. The manager and I decided to have the interview outside since it was loud. The manager was nice, she asked some basic questions. I don't think I got the offer, since she mentioned it will take 3-5 business days to et back to me if they want to give me a 2nd interview or not.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
