It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

The manager then asked me about my previous jobs. My salary at those jobs. My qualifications and responsibilities at previous jobs. She asked me what i see myself doing in five years. She asked why i wanted a job at panda express. If i will be going or returning to school. My greatest acheavment. Typical interview questions.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
