Just smile. Ted loves people who smile because youll be smiling at every customer. Be confident and dont be shy. They are really friendly in interviews. They also offer you food right after.
Brief process, after waiting for the hiring manager to finish with the guy before me, she offered me a drink and we began. She asked me to tell a bit about myself and based her questions for the remainder of theninterview with the answers I gave to the intial question.
